The Flutterby Arts Festival will include face painting, kids arts and crafts, hula hooping, games, storytelling and much more for a fun weekend outdoors.  Storytelling by actors from the Seaside Repertory Theatre will add a fun and entertaining addition to the children’s exciting day.  The Festival received its name to celebrate the migration of the Monarch Butterfly through our area.  The Winter Market will feature artists, crafters and specialty item vendors that are perfect for your holiday shopping.
