As I grew up along the Gulf Coast I definitely had a lot of seafood.  But, Marlin Grill is definitely one of the best fine dining restaurants I have ever been to.  Pan sauteed Grouper with lump crab meat, shrimp, and a lemon butter sauce is my personal favorite on the menu.  However, my wife enjoys the Hickory Grilled Filet Mignon wrapped with applewood bacon topped with onion rings and bearnaise sauce.  A plethora of fine wines and a full bar with some of the best bartenders helps make this perfect meal complete.
