The Panama City Beach Seafood, Wine & Music Festival, at Frank Brown Park begins Friday, Oct. 10- Sunday Oct. 12th, celebrating the wonderful array of local area seafood prepared by local chefs merged with local and area wines, entertainment and vendors with a special focus on families. Entertainment includes 38 Special and Blues Traveler.  A variety of tickets are offered including a three-day pass for $35 (adults) and $20 (children ages 4-15) if purchased in advance.
