Seaside Yard Sale October 4, 2008

What a beautiful morning to host this Autumn Tides event. As I approached the Seaside beach community at the break of dawn, I was amazed with the amount of people, both visitors and locals that were already on-site on the green in Seaside, shopping for great finds. There were a lot to be had. You could find almost anything here, from vintage clothes, one of a kind furniture, remnant fabric, old books and the list goes on.

All the way to and from Seaside from Destin, people started to stir. Bikers, walkers and joggers effortlessly filled the paths. I stopped at one of the Beaches of South Walton’s public beach parks to see if there was an activity on the beach yet and there, of course, was. A few fisherman and families sprinkled the coast. It was a great morning for being outside. The afternoon is that way, too. The wonderful fall weather at the beach!
